It exhibits poor flowability, high viscosity and high density. Heavy oil is very difficult to produce from underground.<\/p>\n<p>The chemicals used for viscosity reduction consists of hydrophobic groups<\/p>\n<p>which have a hyperbranched carbon chain and nested benzene ring.
