A. Yousif – Managing Director

Mr. Yousif is a Canadian Professional engineer registered as P.Eng in APEGBC , Canada. He has a career spanning over 30 years reaching the level of Vice President of Operations with CH2MHill (E&C).

During his career, Yousif has worked with many of the world class companies – BP, ADNOC group IOC’s and NOC Iraq, CNPC, and SINOPEC, overseeing the delivery of multibillion-dollar Projects.

Mr. Yousif joined CH2MHILL (VECO) as Lead ICS Engineer on June 1996 in the Bellingham office USA. Progressing from ICS Lead through Project Engineer, Project Manager for ABBR, Project Director for AHDEB and was appointed as Vice President of Operations. The ABBR and AHDEB Projects were the biggest engineering Projects within CH2MHILL E&C in terms of revenue, Client satisfaction and profitability.

The Iraq Common Water Supply Project (CSSP) is one of the largest water Projects in the world that was reported to Mr. Yousif. These were the Projects in which Yousif had a key role in securing.

Alex Kulbicki – Projects Director

Alex is responsible for the Projects and also focused on developing the international team capabilities.

Alex is a UK Chartered Chemical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution with over 40 years international experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Water Industries. He has PMC/PMT Project and Engineering Manager experience in delivering onshore and offshore EPC contracts to $2bn+.

He has excellent Process knowledge and technical understanding of Safety, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, Piping, Civil disciplines for Project execution, this combined with a strong management and business background means that effective communication and direction is given across disciplines and at all levels to achieve Project success.

He has worked successfully with International multidisciplinary teams from Angola, China, Middle East, India, Iraq, US, Turkey, UK, Eastern Europe.

Alex started his career with Pullman Kellogg in 1976 and has progressed with Chemical and Petrochemical companies to establish his own business in 1990 which was sold as a going concern in 2002. Since then he has moved from Petrochemicals into Oil and Gas working with DPS (Bristol) to deliver the Khurmala Dome Project in Iraq, and latterly with Penspen/CPECC to deliver the Ahdeb Project also in Iraq. Several other Projects with Penspen were held during Construction in Libya due to the political situation.

Lito Mendoza – Engineering Manager

Professional and experienced in Project Management, Mechanical & Piping Design, Procurement assistance, Construction and Commissioning support and Project control works with scope covering conceptual design, basic & detail design, project planning & controls, project cost estimating and cost control, field engineering, construction & maintenance works, pre-commissioning & commissioning and management supervision.

Developing and implementing effective systems in project engineering management, planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.

More than twenty-four (24) years of extensive work experience in the field of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, Commissioning & Maintenance Works for an Oil and Gas Refinery and Processing Plant Facilities.
Provide project management engineering role for the execution of the projects by managing multi-discipline task force based on Company’s Project Management Guidelines. Ability to handles large workloads within the budget and planned schedules.

Nameer Yaseen – Iraq Construction Director

Senior Oil & Gas industry executive with 28+ years of experience. Trusted to guide the product strategy for service portfolios in MENA and APAC for multi-billion-dollar industry leaders. Relied upon as a strategic advisor regarding best practices in project management, engineering, risk management, procurement, and construction in Upstream, Downstream, Greenfield, and Brownfield settings. A quality-driven team manager that has led project teams of more than 50 engineers and 6 project managers. Trusted by top tier Oil & Gas companies including Saudi Aramco, Shell, Petronas etc.

Adept at overseeing entire project lifecycles to open, expand, and upgrade facilities including Central Processing Facilities, Gas Processing Plants, Source Water Plants, Operating Plants, Long-Distance Pipelines, Compressor Stations, Power Plants, Float Tanks, Tank Farms, and Oil Terminals. Possesses in-depth Seawater Injection project experience including concept review, project initiation, front end engineering design (FEED), procurement, and construction.

Passionate about operational excellence to exceed production targets while attaining flawless adherence to QHSSE compliance regulations. An expert risk manager skilled in overseeing Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) and Formal Safety Assessment (FSA). Relied upon to cultivate new business due to strong technical expertise leveraged to identify profitable ventures to pursue.
